So I am absolutely dying of a cold, really badly congested to the point where my nose is aching. I’ve tried everything that a pharmacist has recommended yet nothing works, so I bought a Vicks sniffy pen and sinex soother (thinking because it’s Vicks it would be ok) and the bottle doesnt state anything about pregnancy. I’ve put one spray up each nostril & wow I can finally breathe, but Google is telling me all sorts about it being dangerous to use in pregnancy 😭 can anyone advise on if I need to be worried or will I be ok? I’m panicking like never before!
