Sharp pains in left side of breast - anyone else had this?

Hi there
I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been having really sharp pains in the side of my left breast for the last couple of days. The pains come and go but are very sharp and uncomfortable almost like an electronic shock when they come and only last for a few seconds. Has anyone else experienced this or can offer any advice? Thx :-)

Thanks LL definately doesn't feel like heart - feels like a nerve actually but thanks for the reply - I have had a lot of breast pain over the last few months which recently subsided so the sharp pains have just had me panicking.

I'm 19 weeks pg and have had sharp pains in my boobs for several weeks now. I don't think there is anything wrong though as I remember having them when pg with ds but I can't remember what it was the MW said about them at the time, sorry! brain has turned to mush!

yes i had stabbing pains in breasts at start of PG - as they were growing - seem to remember having them last time too - think it's just as stuff stretches and grows

Thanks for the reassurance girls - I have had really sore boobs since early pg but these pains have been agony so I was panicking something was wrong - I think a new bra fitting is maybe needed! :-)
