Good morning all!
I've been struggling with insomnia for the last week or so (currently 8 weeks today!) and I'm climbing the walls. Nothing seems to help.
I fall asleep okay some night but wake up after about 40/45 mins.
My DP could sleep on a Bloomin washing line (legit before his head hits the pillow) where as I'm tossing and turning all night with reflux and nausea or finding the bed too uncomfortable and not much space cause of DP.
I struggle with insomnia when I'm not pregnant but I can at least take my sleeping tablets then where as I can't now :( I take Hypnozan but have been told it contains zolpidem.
Any tips or anybody else going through the same thing?
