7+4 wks, what to expect when going for an early preg. scan?!

Had past complicated pregnancies and so going for an early scan to see if things are ok-what should one expect to see/hear at this point?

plenty of women have no pregnancy symptoms, so try not to worry about that.

OK...everything seems fine.Scan showed me at 5 weeks+4 (actually what I thought being as I calculated from actual event!).Too early for fetal pole and heart beat so back in 3 weeks time.Feel a lot calmer though seeing "the baby" in the right place and seemingly doing his/her thing as normal.Glad I "forced " an early scan as I can now relax a bit. Many thanks for all support!
