Silly question but honestly this time I am so anxious about everything! (Miscarriage last year)

Are hair removal creams safe to use? Down there. (Nair cream )

also since I started this thread is there anything I am not allowed to do apart from obvious things lol even worried about carrying my laptop n ipad for work (work place is literally walking distance lol) so worried this time round hopefully this discussion might be useful for others with anxiety like me.

Hair removal cream personally I wouldn’t but that’s because your skin can become more sensitive in pregnancy and it’s definitely not somewhere I’d want to have a reaction.

there isn’t really things you’re not allowed to do. Obviously be sensible, don’t do contact sports or bungee jumping etc. but generally you can carry on as you are. Just stick to the nhs what not to eat guidelines and stay off google is my best advice. If you’re anxiety starts to get out of hand then speak to your midwife about it, they have teams that can help you manage.

congratulations

No idea on the hair removal cream. But I guess you don’t want to accidentally get any of it ‘inside’ to be crude.
Otherwise just stick to NHS food guidelines and no contact sports. And do not Google!! Vast majority of miscarriages are chromosomal abnormalities, nothing you can do to prevent them.

Well I've been using hair removal cream and my first two came out ok! I can't think what issues it could possibly cause. I'm pregnant with #3 and used it last week.
