I'm 14 weeks and one half of my tummy feels rigid and other soft - is this normal?

Also my morning sickness has been pretty bad - throwing up with nothing to throw up and thus the stomach lining and bile is coming up (orange stuff - sorry tmi). Will this hurt the LO? I feel dreadful but only being sick once a week now!

MS - I suffered like this til 20 weeks (Sorry hope its sooner for you) with a limited diet of rice pudding & instant mash. Was V reassured at 20 wk scan to find baby V well & a little big. Old midwives tale I'm sure but at AN Check ups my MW Blames my sickness & still general crap feeling on Babys's constant kicking & squirming & strong heartbeat (27 wks now), i.e. sign of a healthy baby. As for the tummy thing, wait till it starts REALLY moving about! Don't worry, you sound at least as normal as me.

The sickness won't hurt the baby. It just makes you feel awful!

I am 15 weeks and the top half of my stomach is hard and the bottom is soft. I think this is a combination of my insides being moved up and squashed, and my layer of fat on the bottom of my stomach
