Pregnancy - lack of wanting sex

Hi all
NC for privacy from my other posts.
24 weeks pregnant and wanting to ask if others were just not in the 'mood' during pregnancy?

I was super super anxious in the first trimester and had a lot of bleeding. Then we had more bleeding and a big health scare (for baby) in the early second trimester.
Now I am feeling baby move ALOT.

I am just not in the mood at all.
DP doesn't seem fazed and understands so no pressure there. I think I feel societal pressure to make an effort even when I really can't be bothered and it's honestly just the last thing I feel like doing right now.

We still kiss and cuddle , spending quality time together. But we have only had sex once in pregnancy a couple of weeks back which was nice.

We have always been a couple to go through peaks and troffs and both generally fine with this. But I worry I don't want DP to feel forgotten as this is now getting on abit....

I am with you. Didn't feel at all like it and when we tried a couple of times, I was getting too worried it may harm the baby. We still do some stuff and I feel we are both ok with how things are now. If you have a good relationship and good communication, I wouldn't worry about it.

I went off it too. I found having a pregnant belly a massive turn off. My DH got attention in other ways Wink

I’ve vomited all the way through this pregnancy currently 35 weeks, I have no desire for sex. We’re both ok with this. What everyone thinks is irrelevant.

To be blunt, it's nothing to do with your friend. It's between you and DP.
