Just wondering which painkiller is best, I have a killer headache, maybe from implantation... like I said very early, (or maybe not at all!)

I'm pretty sure that cocodamol (sp?) is ok but don't take my word for it...

Paracetamol is definitely fine all through pg.

I rang a m/w about co-codamol during last pg as they wouldn't sell me any at the pharmacy and she said they hand them out like lollies on the ward which I took to mean they're fine I certainly have either if I need it but no aspirin or nurofen.

Hiya, am 7 weeks preg myself and a pharmacist. You can take paracetamol all the way through but they usually say to avoid co-codamol in the 3rd trimester. Hope this is helpful x
