Movements stopped?

So I'm 17+4 weeks pregnant. I'm a larger girl (16) and I started feeling movements at 15 weeks. I felt atleast 1 kick a day..last few days I've felt nothing. Apparently this is normal, anyone else had this? They did show on the scan and doppler that I don't feel all movements as baby would move and I wouldn't feel it...but I started feeling a movement atleast.

Hi op, is this your first baby? I only ask as 15 weeks is very early to feel anything at all, it could be your uterus stretching or gas/constipation etc.

I'm 21 weeks with my 3rd and only started to feel movement a week ago. I'm also a big girl (16 stone).

Obviously you know your body best but I wouldn't worry at this point. The hospital i attend suggests regular movement by 24 weeks, although that varies from person to person.

@Chanhedforthis no this is my second baby! My last was 10 years ago nearly. I've felt her almost daily atleast once. I'm just hoping as she likes to be in a ball, that's why I can't feel her x

At such an early stage there's plenty of room in there for the baby to be kicking and rolling without you feeling it. I wouldn't be worrying at all, it's perfectly normal and is why they don't expect you to track any movements until 28 weeks.

Hey, it is quite early on movements wise. Baby's movements don't settle into a routine until around 24 weeks I think. I wouldn't be worried to be honest, but if you are, why not give your midwife a call tomorrow and see what they say? X

It’s very normal not to feel movements at all until around 24 weeks and you wouldn’t expect regular movements until around 28 weeks which is when midwives will ask you to keep an eye on patterns. Before 28 weeks baby is small enough that you won’t feel them all the time.
