Some advice Please...

Period is 10 days late today.
Iv taken tests..the clear blue early detection ones. Iv done 3 of these, all showing what I think is negative, but 2 I can see the faintest line, but I may have left them too long to read, as I came back to view after a while.Last test was this morning at 5.30, I was thinking to leave it to friday(14 days then) to test again, I would like advice on which is best test. I should mention...my periods used to be like clockwork, so predictable. But they have been different since having my first. Especially last few have been late. I previously had hyperthyroidism but not on meds anymore but feel like my body still has some health issues.
Head spinning as I am not exactly ready for no 2 as things in my business finally starting to happen!

I’d say negative, sorry.
Test again in a few days but, if you’ve previously been on thyroxine, it might be worth a chat to the gp to say you are TTC and want thyroid checking as thyroid issues can cause difficultly conceiving.
Good luck.

Hi, thanks for the comment, I was on thyroxine quite a while ago and feel like it's messed up my body, I am trying to heal naturally but takes time. I am not TTC so would be relief, but may need to check my thyroid anyway.

Steer clear of clearblue. The best at the moment are boots own early results test and use fmu.

Thanks

Any updates OP
How are you feeling

DanDmum · 19/10/2023 08:27

Thanks for asking, still no sign of it and totally run down, with that horrible cold/cough going round. Feel exhausted; but no specific symptoms. Just never been this late. Not tested again yet, was waiting for tomorrow.May book to see docs anyway as my last few have been like this.

Maybe ask gp to test your bloods. You could be anaemic which would align with both issues
Dont let him fob you off with “ you’ve got a kid what do you expect” .
good luck
