Swollen hand

I woke up this morning to one swollen hand my right hand is swollen is this normal or should i call midwife i am 37 weeks pregnant

Pregnancy aside, I’m not sure having one swollen hand is ever normal! Probably isn’t anything major but definitely get it checked
