I haven't got a bump yet and before being pg I always used to sleep on my front. I'm purposefully going to sleep on my side but I keep waking on my front, is it bad to be on my front for any length of time at this stage? (I've had a google but can't find anything).

I slept on my front until I physically couldn't (a long way past 14 weeks!)! And the joy when I could go back to my on front superman pose post birth was immense!
So don't worry!

I actually woke up on my front when I was very heavily pregnant. It wasn't comfortable (probably why I woke up) but I don't see there is anything you can do about it if you ae asleep.

I agree, not a lot you can do, I was thinking of maybe sticking a couple of pillows behind me so that I couldn't roll over easily if I shouldn't be sleeping like it. But I do soooo love sleeping on my front, it's just not the same on my side!

I slept on my tummy and then quarter turn back from than the whole way through both pg. I was only uncomfortable in last two months when I needed pillows etc to support.
I was also sleeping on my tummy day after natural birth and 4 days after section.
Both were healthy babies at term. If you sleep well thats the most important thing in my opinion

you can't help it in your sleep - enjoy it while you can, you'll be wishing you could soon! i slept on my front until almost 20 weeks
