Is anyone’s Badger Notes down?

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with badger notes today? I just went to check something on there and it’s logged me out. When I went to log back in it says there is no badger notes account linked to my NHS login but there definitely is! It was working fine the other day :( not sure if it’s an issue with me or the app!

I am having the exact same problem today - it just logged me out and now says I don't have a NHS account same message you get! A couple of people on the peanut app have also said they are having problem today so I am thinking it may be down for some people.

No idea who to contact for help if it is still not working for us in a couple days!

Yes me too! I tried everything to get back logged in again but it either said it didn't recognise my details or no nhs account linked. Tried resetting password and it didn't like that. It stressed me out cause all the contacts etc are not there. I have rung the community midwife's office. Sounds like there is some kind of system issue.

Yes - exactly the same for me. I was using it moments before, it seemed to log me out and now I can't get back in. Same message - saying it either doesn't recognise my log in, I don't have an account or that there isn't an account linked to my NHS record (which I know for certain there is, because that's how I set up). I did ring my community midwives office and the lady who answered sounded rather mithered and rushed me off the phone with a "I think the app is down - try again later", so, it must be happening for a lot of people.

Really frustrating though, isn't it. I don't like BadgerNet at the best of times! Haha

Me too - thought it was just me as we've been for our 20 week scan today and thought it had somehow locked me out! x

Mine is back up now :) got in via NHS log-in.

Yep - I'm back in too! Had to reset my pin, but still, a relief! 😊

Mine is still down, is anyone still having problems? :)
