Sharp pains twinge when I stand up

So I'm 4 weeks pregnant yesterday and taking Cyclogest , twice today I've gone to stand up from the couch and had to sit back down as I've had a sharp pain / twinge once on my right side and once on my left side sharp enough that it forced me back down but was gone as quick as it came. Is this normal ? My last pregnancy ended in a MC at 7 weeks so I am just worrying over every thing

The same happened to me from the very beginning of my pregnancy. Sneezing was also painful sometimes. I don't know what this is as it is like round ligament pain but apparently too early for that. However, don't worry, nothing to be concerned about. I am 17 weeks and still get it.

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I had this and sometimes it randomly comes back. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. It’s your body adjusting

Sounds like round ligament pain. It’s really common. I’ve had it with all 3 of my pregnancies from around 4 weeks. Rolling over in bed, sneezing, coughing, standing up. It’s nothing bad although it hurts like hell for a few moments.
