How do you calculate DPO? I took an ovulation test and it came back positive showing my Lh peak which means Im meant to ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. So I considered the next day to be ovulation day and logged it on the Flo app. The next day after ovulation is also labelled as my fertile day on the app and then the day after that I'm considered 1 day pregnant which I assume is 1DPO. So 1 DPO is considered not the next day of ovulation but the day after? I'm asking because I've got a lot of pregnancy tests and want to start testing from 9DPO😅
