Batch cooking inspiration

Hi ladies - I'm 39 weeks today and I've got a huge (950g) pack of chicken breasts in the fridge that need cooking today!

If you were me what would you make that will store nicely in the freezer? I need some inspo!

I have a slow cooker so could use that too

Burritos, Thai curry, soup, plain chicken that you can use for sandwiches, paella

A lovely creamy pie filling- with mushrooms or leeks if you have then/like them! Then just buy puff pastry and make lots of delicious pies this winter.
