Hi everyone ill be 33 weeks on Monday I had a growth scan on Friday and while I was there the doctor seen me and he said he would be happy for me to have a vbac if my body goes into spontaneous labor he said they will let me go till 40 weeks
My last to pregnancys where failed inductions I got to 4 cm with first he went into distress due to cord choking him second I was at 5cm when she went into distress the drip just never worked for me and I was annoyed I was made do it rather than wait for natural labor

I was just wanting some advice from people who have had vbacs and things I could do to help my body go into labor and tips and tricks lol

I'd love to experience natural labor and I really don't want another csection espically now when I have a 3 and 1 year old
All advice would be great tia

I went into it thinking if induction was necessary, I'd go for C-section instead.

I'd almost fully dilated first time, went into labour naturally, shortish labour.

Things that might help - being active, baby yoga etc. Hypnobirthing and relaxation. Really I'm not sure what you can do once labour starts.

And to go into labour - endorphins and oxytocin. Having a nice time, gardening, naps, hot choc, orgasms, baking etc.

I did a lot of yoga ball bouncing early on.

Following! 21w and really want to experience a vbac + will choose an ELCS over being induced so going myself would be ideal!
