Clexane & kidney (?) pain

Hi, just wondering if anyone has experienced the same...

I've had 2 days of clexane injections so far, and this morning I woke up with pain at the back right, just underneath my ribcage, so possibly kidney.

I was on clexane for previous 2 pregnancies and had no issues so not sure if it's related, but thought I'd check if anyone else has had the same?

No not had this, usually kidneys may be a mineral deficiency or lack of fluids? Would ask to speak to the person who prescribed it/haematology to check your dose though
