Did anyone have early period cramps and then get a BFP?

I’ve been having cramps for the past few days but not due till tues/wed next week.

Has this been a symptom for anyone?

Yes, it was for both mine :) it continued for a while after I found out too.

Yep - about a week before and some very strong like I was about to come on. I also had lots of nausea and felt ill in general. Sadly ended in CP but was a strong positive a couple of days/day before AF did arrive.

Yep I did! Was waking in the middle of the night having to take ibuprofen as the period pains were so bad. Found out I was pregnant 3weeks later!

Ooh… nervous now. I feel as though AF is about to arrive any second. Which I suppose it could, but that would be early for me!
I’m just reading into it as I’ve been cramping for days, thought I would’ve missed OV this month but maybe not 🤔

@McCramp yes! I got my BFP last Sunday. It was our third try for baby number 2. I’d completely ruled myself out for this month as I had period cramps in the 2 days before my BFP. Although that was still several days before my period and unusual for me! So the answer is yes!

Yes! I started with cramps the day before my period was due, continued for the next 2 days so decided to test and got a faint positive

Yep - this was how I knew I was pregnant because the cramps started a week earlier than they should and that never happens!

Yes I had a MC on my first but first symptom was period cramps but period never came and the same this time around cramps and a lot of positive tests .

Were your cramps as bad as your normal period pain? Feeling just as bad as I usually would - just earlier than usual!

Yes for both of my pregnancies! First pregnancy it was probably a similar level of pain as my period but only lasted maybe an hour or so, second pregnancy the cramps were worse than my period and I was constantly convinced it was about to start. Second time they lasted a few days before AF due / positive test and carried on for a few days after as well. Fingers crossed for you!

I started having pms right after my ovulation which was on Wed. Very bad leg cramps and my period will only be due in 17 days. Any causes?
