Anyone else got a twitchy eye?

My left eye is twitching, in the outside corner and it's driving me insane. Before pregnancy this used to happen if I'd been having too many late nights or was stressed. Now neither is the case and a) I'm worried that everyone thinks I'm giving them the wink (hopefully the postman doesn't think I'm getting fruity with him) and b) I can't ignore it so I'm annoyed beyond belief!

Anyone else experienced similar? I'm 22+ wks by the way.

I get it whenever I'm tired or run down.

Me too and worse in both pregnancies. No idea why.

I get it at times (not pg now) and I assume it is because I am shattered.

I guess I am pretty tired- and that's only going to get worse isn't it (have ds 3.4 already)

Was a bit worried that it was the first sign of Bells Palsy and got a bit scared. Good to hear that others have had this and I'm not alone!

I've got that! Came on about a month before I got pg. I don't think it can be as bad as yours, as difficult to see but can feel it really well. Something to do with stress and being run-down I read. Possibly high computer use? I stare at VDU all day.
I'm going to bed now!

Its likely to be low magnesium levels - they get depleted when your body is under pressure/stress... as it is right now. Green veg are a good source of magnesium, as are beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and whole, unrefined grains. Hope it reduces soon!
