Could this be ectopic?

Hi everyone,

Im 6 weeks pregnant and I’m paranoid I could have an ectopic pregnancy. I have tenderness in my left side pelvis when I touch it, and sometimes when I walk, not exactly pain. When I wake up in the middle of the night to pee and my bladder is full, I do feel a bit of pain. Sometimes I get really bloated too. I haven’t had any bleeding, though. I just can’t seem to relax thinking it’s ectopic.

im currently going through a ectopic pregnancy, I didn’t have any pain but did have bleeding and that’s what led to me being diagnosed, so can’t really speak for your experience. Can you ring you local epu and explain your symptoms? They might send you for a scan and put your mind at rest.
from what I’ve read though I think one sided pain can be normal and bloating so it’s really hard to say but try not to worry.

My ectopic started with bleeding, then after a few days pain.

Thank you. Just explain your anxiety around it and symptoms and if they’re anything like my epu they’ll be extremely kind and accommodating. Hopefully it’s just normal pains and everything goes smoothly for you 🤞 😊

Bleeding was the main sign of my ectopic too. Started bleeding at exactly 7 weeks. By 7+2 bleeding was worse and EPU agreed to scan me which was how it was diagnosed.

I would ring EPU and see if they will scan you for peace of mind.

I’m so sorry about your ectopic! I will definitely ring them today. I’m suspecting I could have a cyst, because of the bladder symptoms.
