Scan report 9weeks

Had a private scan again yesterday at 9 weeks, I didnt come with a full bladder as I wasn’t told it was an abdominal scan but we could see still baby. However on the scan report it doesnt say a corpus luteum was on my left ovary which has been on every scan report I’ve had. Its left me a little worried. It did say poor visibility and that probably is due to my bladder not being full and I was also very gassy she said but can’t help but worry a little. I don’t think it’s goes away this early?

Transabdominal scans aren't the best to get a good view of the ovaries so that is probably why it says poor visibility. Whenever I had my ovaries checked, even when pregnant, it was always with the transvaginal ultrasound. Don't worry the corpus luteum is probably there or you wouldn't be pregnant.
