Throbbing down there.. 35+3 weeks

Just that really.. is it normal to have a dull throbbing sort of light pain down there?

I've googled and it just comes up with lighting crotch which is a more sudden sharp pain and doesn't explain this.

It doesn't feel like pressure from baby either just like an aching uncomfortable feeling.

Could this be a sign of something (preterm labour!?). I have also had an increase in BH contractions over the last two days or so.

Thoughts and experiences welcome!

I had this too in my third trimester, I too was scared about preterm labour but baby came at 38 weeks x

Vulval varices?

This is how vulval varices felt to me, they usually feel worse when you’re standing/walking around and more comfortable when sitting. Thankfully resolve as soon as baby is born.
