7+2 loss of symptoms and terrified

I’m 7+2 weeks today and over the last couple of days any symptoms i had, albeit fairly mild seem to have completely disappeared and I’m so worried that this is another MMC. I have had 2 MMC’s in the past, am diabetic and what would be considered a geriatric mother in my 40s so feel like I’m really running out of time. I have an early scan booked for Wednesday and am filled with anxiety. I know this is out of my control now and maybe just looking for shared experiences or to vent to the ether. Praying for a positive outcome.

It’s very normal for symptoms to come and go, a lot of people who have successful pregnancies have no symptoms, and a lot of people who have losses continue to have symptoms even after the loss. It’s not a sign of anything. Hope the scan goes well.
