Pregnancy success stories with endometria/endometriosis

Not sure if I’m posting this in the right place but really need to hear some success stories.

I found out yesterday I have a small (2mm) endometrial cyst. Googling this has absolutely terrified me - I’ve never been diagnosed with endometriosis but this makes me think the disease must be pretty advanced (if I’m understanding correctly).

i am terrified because I’ve been ttc for a year, with no luck, and I am so so desperate for a baby ☹️

did any of you experience the same and manage to conceive?

I've always suspected endo due to the types of pain I get (shooting, in the rectum) and very painful periods.

When I had a c section the surgeon said he could see the endo, so there was the confirmation!

I conceived easily with that first pregnancy (4 months trying) but it's taken 20 months to conceive this time.

All fertility tests were normal and I'm 33, so I wonder if endo played a role.

I have an 8cm endometrioma on one side and a 6cm on the other. I’ve had two chemicals this year but currently 7 + 1. Quite nervous about the whole thing as it’s early days, but I’ve had no issue falling pregnant.

I really think it varies from woman to woman. Definitely pester your GP for support — mine has been rather useless. To the point that they didn’t even communicate the first set of scan results to me. I was walking around assuming I had a simple cyst. I only found out they were endometriomas at the follow up scan.

@Alloveragain3 @SimplyDiana thank you both for getting back to me, that’s really reassuring to hear. Almost everything online is absolutely terrifying 🙁
@SimplyDiana congratulations! I hope everything is still progressing nicely for you!!
