So confused!

So I went for an early scan 2 weeks ago due to previously having an ectopic pregnancy!
during the scan she said she could see the gestational sac. She also said I had a bleed in my uterus and said I could have a threatened miscarriage to return in two weeks.
I went for my scan Thursday and they can now see a yolk sac! but are still saying it could end in a miscarriage. I have had no bleeding and no cramps at all! They also have no told me any dates or anything and I can not remember the date of my last period!
can anyone give me any advise!

i’m not an expert, but I wonder if you could speak to your community midwife to ask her to explain? Or I always found Tommys to be the kindest and most rational source of advice on miscarriages and pregnancy after a loss - they used have a helpline too you can call too
