Hi,

yesterday and today I’ve noticed that my nausea and boob tenderness has tailed off- I have a scan booked for Saturday, but I’m just looking for reassurance and if anyone else had this? :)

Symptoms can vary day by day. My nausea has been a lot better on some days and then worse again a day or two later. But generally they have been getting progressively better as I've headed towards the end of the first trimester. It could be that your symptoms pick up again or now that your placenta is starting to take over that could mean you are over the worst of it and will just be feeling better from now on.

You're approaching the end of the first trimester so at this stage, it's very normal for symptoms to ease. They may well come back in a few days.
