Sure Start Maternity Grant

Hi I sent off my forms for sure start maternity grant on the 25/09/2023. I rang the helpline today as I still haven’t received a text from them to say they received my application. They told me they haven’t received it but will send me another form. Just wondered if anyone else didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks but still eventually received their SSMG without sending out another?

Hi I think i waited a weeks or so before I received a text to say the got the forms then a few weeks later I got the money in the bank

Hello, did you hear anything in the end? I sent my forms off on the 1st of this month and still not received a text. When I called they didn’t seem concerned that I hadn’t heard anything yet.
