how long was it before you went into labour once your second baby started to drop??

just wondered as i have heard 2nd babies don't tend to drop until a few days before labour starts?

about 4 weeks. Dropped at 37 weeks, born at 41 weeks. Similar to my first baby.

It happened in labour with ds! (and i was nearly 2w overdue)3 hrs later he was born

Dropped at 37 weeks with ds2. Baby born at 40+4 after being (sort of) induced. There was still no sign of him coming out of his own accord at that stage.

Well that puts paid to my hope that my dropped bump means an early delivery then Am 37+4.

Damn. I am the same and was hoping for a different answer!

I am the same too, baby 3/5 engaged lol, and was hoping now I am 38 wks that it may happen sometime soon lol... oh well!!!
