Hcg levels advice

[CLS89x]

I had a mc 11 days ago, bled for 4 days and have been TTC since the day bleeding finished. Just had a little bit of pink spotting when wiping my hcg is at 14 as of this afternoon. Also is this drop looking as it should;
21st Sept HCG - 67
23rd Sept HCG - 52
25th Sept HCG - 22
2nd Oct HCG - 14

What could the bleeding be? New pregnancy implantation, period or still from miscarriage?

It’s really hard to tell sadly. It could be an irritated cervix or perhaps ovulation spotting.
When is your next period roughly due?

Not due my period for another 16 days. I wasn't aware of ovulation spotting.

Not sure what the bleeding could be but I am sorry for your loss.

I think it is unlikely to be implantation so soon after miscarriage, maybe a bit of spotting around ovulation?

I had some mid cycle bleeding following a miscarriage a couple of years ago, after the second month I had it I spoke to my GP who said they don’t investigate mid cycle bleeding until after 3 menstrual cycles - by which point it was back to normal so fair enough
