I don't normally post on these threads, but please please please just wait until your period is late before testing. Otherwise what's the point? It's just too early for the result to be meaningful. I talk from bitter experience.

No need to waste money on First Response. Sainsbury's own brand miles cheaper and just as good. £3.98 for two. Wait till two days before af due and make sure you pee on the stick for long enough.
Sounds like you could be pg but try to wait and test again.

i understand thay you have this acheing urge to be pregnant because you have suffered a miscarriage and i am sorry for your loss, but you need to give yourself time...if your period doesnt arrive then test, but just try to relax and take it in your stride

I was ttc for 4 years. I had so many false alarms I lost count. I gave up doing pregnancy tests in the end, because however many symptoms I had and however late my period was, they were ALWAYS negative. When I finally got pregnant I didn't test until I was nearly 8 weeks gone and I was still terrified - I couldn't believe it when it was +ve.

So in my book, those very early pregnancy tests are next to useless. Even if you are technically pregnant, anything could happen. Best to wait until things are more established.

I had a couple of suspected early miscarriages along the way by the way so I really feel for you.

My advice would be to take your folic acid, take care of yourself and don't do anything stupid. That way, when you fall pregnant you won't be doing anything to jeopardise it before you know. Good luck.
