Hi ladies was just wondering if this shampoo and conditioner is okay to use iv used it for years but only now seeing that you should avoid certain ones I know this shampoo and conditioner contains salicylic acid and iv heard this ingredient should be avoided or am I just being paranoid as I know a lot of women never change there shampoo and conditioners while pregnant x

It’s absolutely fine. Just stick to the nhs avoid list. You’ll drive yourself crazy otherwise. It’s not likely any amount will absorb through your skin and it’s not likely to reach your baby.
