I still haven’t felt any movement. I do have an anterior placenta, but just thought as they say ‘you feel them earlier with your second’ I thought I might have at least felt something by now! with my first they were posterior and I felt everything from 16-17 weeks

I keep forgetting I’m pregnant 🤯

can I hear your experiences of anterior placentas?

Hi OP, I had an anterior placenta and rarely felt anything. Any kicks/movement I did feel was later than 20 weeks.

I was going to say try not to worry or overthink as you know why you're not feeling it. However, I know it's easier said than done and it's hard without the daily reassurance of feeling them wiggling about Flowers

Yes, I had anterior placenta with my first and felt nothing until 23 weeks ish. Very normal apparently!

I had an anterior placenta with my first and didn't feel movements until around 21/22 weeks x

Not much help as I had anterior placenta with number 2 and I still felt movements earlier than with DC1. It’ll happen!

I’m 19 weeks nearly 20 and have an anterior placenta. I have only felt baby a hand ful of times and even then I’m still not sure if it is baby as it feels so so light. Hoping I feel some proper movement soon x

I only just felt them at 21 weeks (my first, but I definitely didn't feel anything earlier that I can retro-identify as foetal movements)
