Abnormal GD Results?

I had my GD test yesterday and had a message to say my results were abnormal… what does this mean? My midwife said she has spoke to diabetic team and I’ve been referred to the diabetic clinic next week…

does abnormal mean i definitely have it?
and what should i do in the mean time?

also at my appointment it was flagged in my urine sample that I have an infection. Still waiting for results for that but I’ve not had any symptoms of a uti..

i feel so deflated because this is the best I’ve felt all pregnancy but now it seems things are going wrong.

Abnormal results from a glucose test mean you do have gestational diabetes. They should've explained to you what to do in the mean time so I'd give them a call! Urine infections can also present differently in pregnancy and often they are asymptomatic so that could be why you've not noticed one.
