A pattern to pregnancy sickness?

I was horrendously sick with my first pregnancy, this time only a little bit nauseous. I think that this suggests this child is the opposite sex to my first. Does this ring true to anyone? I have a few friends who had sickness in some pregnancies and not others and it seems to go with different sex of the baby.

Anyone had two (or more) of the same sex and very different sickness experiences?

Hi op! Not true for me!

DD1 - Very little sickness
DD2 - Awful sickness

Currently 18 weeks suffering from HG and having a little boy!

Same as PP
First DD barely any sickness and only occasional nausea, totally manageable.
Currently 31+5 with DD 2, horrendous nausea and vomiting and still even now feel nauseous every morning and am throwing up at least once a week. Had to have time off work and help from GP to manage.

I felt sick with my son for a while but no sickness with my girl this pregnancy.

Nope not true first boy not sick second boy horrendous and third twins not sick girls
