Collodial silver for C-section scar?

Hi,

Has anyone tried collodial silver spray/gel for C-section scar?

It was highly recommended to use after 3 days post surgery in a book I read, but I can't find much online and feeling unsure ...

I've found it reasonable to treat/prevent infections but manuka honey sprays much better - I'm a hobby woodworker so used to a lot of minor cuts in places easily infected but I have zero experience with a surgical wound like a c-section

And if its for scar reduction then I certainly haven't noticed any benefit although again that's mostly hands not anywhere else

Thank you! Is there a specific manuka honey spray you'd recommend please?
