Felt nauseas and was sick twice last week, weekend wasn’t too bad as partner made me food and drink before I got out of bed, today I’ve had a little nausea but nothing like last week.. is this anything to be worried about? I’m 7 weeks tomorrow (26/09/23).

Unfortunately this is completely normal. My nausea started week 6, eased off about week 12 or 13 I think. It’s horrible, but it’s not forever 💐

Just eat what you can eat. Don’t stress over eating your five fruit and veg a day and a balanced diet if it turns your stomach. Many women live off toast for a couple of months!

Are you concerned that the sickness is decreasing? If so don't worry too much, symptoms come and go in early pregnancy including nausea. I had some mild symptoms in the first few weeks that evaporated by week 8.

Yes that’s exactly why I was worried. My partner keeps telling me everyone’s different! But it is still worrying when it’s your first and the unknown!! Thank you for your reassurance and support xx

@BabySmith24 my “morning” sickness fluctuated. It was bad in weeks 6-7, then eased off a bit and then was really bad weeks 10-14. So much vom! Now it’s easing off again and I’m hoping it means I’ve turned a corner and can enjoy my second trimester! But yeah it was very up and down and I know others who had similar experiences so try not to worry. Xxx

@Scarletthoping thank you for your reassurance ❤️ fingers crossed for a better second trimester for you too xx
