Colouring hair in early pregnancy

I'm due to go to the hair dressers on Monday next week for a much needed cut and colour!

Is it safe in pregnancy? I'll be 10 weeks next week I've looked online but there isn't much information.

I had my highlights done by cap throughout my pregnancies.

I've always had my hair dyed when pregnant but after the first trimester x

I had my hair dyed through both pregnancies, my hairdresser said its perfectly safe

Yeah I’ve had my highlights done every six or seven weeks - it’s fine.

I dyed my hair and did highlights at home when pregnant, all good, don't worry x

I want to know this too! I get married in 2 weeks & wanted to dye my hair, I'll be around 8 weeks when I dye it but I'm scared to now 😩

It's fine

No risks to the pregnancy, but possibly you'll react differently to dyes that normally are ok for you.
