hi guys so I had my routine anti-d injection on Wednesday

but last night (Friday night) I was walking upstairs and I stumbled, my legs didn't hit the stairs nor did my bump as I was able to balance myself out but now I'm afraid that I might have squished my bump between one of my legs as I was stumbling ? would this warrant another injection??

I didn't even think about it until this morning but now I'm freaking out!
I've had the injection 4 times already this pregnancy as I tend to worry a lot... can someone advise me on what to do my hospital is over 1 and a half hours away :')

I wouldn't have thought this would warrant another injection but worth ringing your maternity triage line to discuss and they can decide whether you need one or put your mind at rest.
A squish of your bump between your leg is unlikely to cause any trauma but always worth discussing these things with the triage team who will consult the obstetric Dr's and decide.

No I wouldn't think so, I fell down the stairs shortly after mine and they said I was covered from my previous injection

If you only just had an injection then its unlikely you'd be given another one so soon after. Doesnt sound like it was a bad fall that required an injection anyway

Bump didn't hit anything, you're fine. I really would seek antenatal mental health support though.

Hey guys thank you so much for your responses I did call the hospital but they said i didn’t need the injection as I just had it 72ish hours before and they said it’s wasn’t a hard bang that it should be ok they brought me in for monitoring anyway just to be on the safe side 🤞🏼 these last 10 weeks can’t come quicker ❤️
