So I have a 7 year old boy and he's always asked 'when are we gonna have a baby'

I've always battled with should we have another, can we manage being self employed with a baby? Will it change the dynamic of my family? Will I cope?

Then if I don't have another, Will my son be lonely? Will he resent us for not giving him a sibling? Will he not have anyone to go through life with?

I've just found out im 3 weeks pregnant and now I'm freaking out and my head just isn't clear.

Huge congratulations, yes it will change the dynamics of your family but quite possibly for the better and yes you'll cope. As a mother of an only (also 7) I think it's wonderful that you are extending your family.?I would have loved to have been able to give mine siblings. Never write a pros and cons list, just focus on the pros.
