Hi,

Last night I was awoken by pains on my right lower tummy and a bit of cramping the pain was ligament like. Cramping would build I'd fart it would ease. But made me paranoid. Pain then shifted to my left side above my hip it's constant not cramping. TMI I had two bowel movements today after being very constipated.

I'd been really sick last week but yesterday it wasn't bad and today less but was def slightly there this morning. Boobs still sore and I'm still tired. Have a scan booked for Saturday morning and that's the earliest I'll get bar going to A&E.

Any advice or experience appreciated. I'm 9w 2d

It's hard to say, this sounds like trapped wind/constipation but it's also what I had at the time that I lost my baby. I didn't find out until 13+5 weeks (the pain was around 10+6 and that's how big the baby got) could be coincidental but i regret shrugging it off as wind and not seeking help.

That being said, I had the exact same as you but I also had a strong pain under my rib cage, in the middle, to the point that I threw up once. I thought it may have all been stomach bug related or something as I went on to have a bit of a funny tummy for the next week. As I said, no idea if I was actually sick and it just aligned with the baby dying or if it was my body dealing with the death of the baby? It was a missed miscarriage so I had no blood etc but my breasts did stop being so enlarged, my belly still grew.

I say none of this to panic you, but just because I wish someone had prompted me to seek help just incase instead of me being so nonchalant about it all

I rang the gp about it but like you said they said good chance trapped wind and constipation
constipation loosening abit as I went to bed feeling like I couldn't fart. I did feel a little quesy there so hoping I wake up as sick as can be not that it proves anything really but will reassure me a bit. I had the same thing at 6 weeks with really bad cramps and loads of bowel movements but everything was fine after. I've a constant pain in my left side though and don't know why

@roro87 it might be worth getting a scan even if only to the check that left pain? Fingers crossed you wake up with symptoms raging back! Hope all goes well for you

I have one on Saturday it was the earliest I could get if it gets worse I'll go to A&E with it but it's not at that level yet.

Lower left pain could be related to your digestive issues, I was worried the other evening but then it eased after a bowel moment.
Then I remembered I used to get it all the time pre pregnancy, so hard not to worry and over think though.
Keeping everything crossed for you!

Just heaved and threw up (first time actually getting sick), really hope that is a good sign. Can't tell if my boobs have decreased as they are an E and I breastfed before so didn't see as much change but they still hurt
