Negative test?

So in theory I should not be able to get pregnant as I was sterilised after my 18 month was born via c section.
however, the last week I have been having all the pregnancy symptoms, including sore boobs, mood swings, nausea.

my last period was about a month ago. Then two weeks after that I bled for around 3 days very lightly but at the time I assumed that it was my period. But now I’m wondering if it could have been implantation bleeding?

anyway have taken two tests and both look negative. Although did think I could see a shadow in the photo,
opinions please?

It looks negative to me at the moment. I'd wait a few days and test again to be sure

That’s negative. If hcg was strong enough to cause symptoms it would also be strong enough to show on a test

Thank you I have since taken a clear blue and got this result but it didn’t show up until 8 minutes. But instructions say read before 10 mins. Is it an evap line?

Clear blues after absolutely notorious for evaps. I'd suggest either a digital, or get yourself down to gp for a blood test. As PP has said though, if hcg was high enough to make you feel sick, it would almost certainly show up on one of these tests.

A bit overwhelmed to be honest as already a mum to 5. I work full time and we have lots of plans (holidays next year) so would complicate that. Plus my last pregnancy was difficult medically as I had gestational diabetes and ended up on insulin. X

Try a pink dye test, CB are notorious for evap lines

Thank you. I agree in regard to symptoms however with my last pregnancy I just knew based on body changes 1 week before I had my first pink dye positive.

but I think I remember reading that clear blue was not that reliable. I brought a two pack so will take another in the morning (if still no period) I cannot seem to find first response in any shops! I’ve been to two different towns and and 7 shops and no where is selling them.

Baby number five I had everything thrown at me , clexane jabs, diabetes from 13 weeks , and HG . My consultant made me promise I’d never have any more !
thank fully by then I was nearly 40 so had no intention of it

I had a panic a few months ago thinking I was pregnant - had a glaring positive on CB , turned out to be an evap Line I nearly died of fright as I’m 51 !!

Well I’m 37 so age isn’t on my side and this def isn’t in our plan.
I guess I’ll just be patient and wait and test in morning. And if not period still I’ll get first response from somewhere lol

Oh gosh it’s enough of a shock for me at 37. I had chemo 10 years ago and was told it would be u likely for me to fall pregnant again. Since then I’ve had two other children and now been sterilised so the odds should be against me being pregnant again

@Newbeginnings23 first response has been discontinued so you won’t find any and clear blue are awful for showing lines when negative. The best one on the market now is the boots early results one that you used originally. Get another one of those and try again

Thank you for letting me know… I’ve searched everywhere lol why were they discontinued? I’d used them with all my other pregnancies m. I’ll go back and get the boots one if no period by end of week x

I would definitely get hold of a different type of test tomorrow .. realistically it should be very unlikely you are pregnant .. however it’s not unheard of after sterilisation!

Hmmm I feel like there’s a line on the blue dye test!
