Humour me..sex scan :)

Hi everyone :)

I was utterly convinced I was having a girl but we had a 16 week scan that said baby was a boy. This was after quite a while of the sonographer not being quite able to see. At the last minute they managed to say that they think the baby is a boy.

We did have a 20 week NHS scan but this is being repeated this week due to the position of the baby.

What do you think?

It looks like a boy to me OP. When I saw my daughters sex scan (17 weeks) it was a clear 3 lines in a row, pretty sure this shows a penis. But I’m definitely no expert

@Charlieiscool Thank you. I didn’t think so but it’s what the sonographer went off. Do you think the one that says ‘it’s a boy’ is in the correct place to determine whether the baby is a boy or not?

@Infertilitylife it doesn’t matter, but it’s fun to find out anyway 🙂 how long till your anatomy scan and they can look too?

@BuffaloCauliflower We had it last Friday but the baby wouldn’t cooperate and they couldn’t see and couldn’t get some of the measurements they need. So we are back again on Thursday so hopefully we can find out then😊

That's certainly a boy OP (I worked at a private ultrasound clinic for years so I've seen thousands of potty shots)

The side on views won’t show you anything but the potty shot definitely looks like a boy. Fwiw I was convinced my second was a boy and she’s definitely a girl

Potty shot isn’t the best angle but looks like a boy to me- my boys was similar. My daughters was definitely not like that

Jumping on the post here instead of creating a new one! Any guesses for my pic? This is my 12 week scan because on my 20 week, baby's bottom part is cut off! 😊
