Getting startled/ suddenly jumping

Hi everyone just a quick one I work in health care in nights and one of my clients came out hes room and started to moan and it really startled me made me jump a little as all the lights were off and he came from nowhere just panicked a little, im 19 weeks and 3 days X

Hey, i wouldnt worry about it.
I remember being 34 weeks with my 1st and a bus honked its horn as it passed me and I almost wet myself haha.
Your baby probably didn't even notice you jump 😊
