Getting startled/ suddenly jumping

Hello everyone just a quick one I work in healthcare on nights and one of my clients came out there room and accidentally snook up on me and it really startled me I jumped out my skin nearly as all the lights were off and he came from no where just panicking a little and looking for some reassurance, im 19 weeks and 3 days X

You'll be absolutely fine and so will baby, our bodies are designed to deal with a lot and be resilient

This won’t have any affect on the baby in anyway whatsoever.
