Hi everyone,
My first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage and prior to this I had sore boobs which stopped not long before the miscarriage was diagnosed.

Miraculously, I’ve been able to get pregnant on the first cycle after my miscarriage, but my boobs aren’t sore this time. I don’t even feel pregnant! I’ve had some back pain but only on and off and an increase in discharge/spots. I had boob pain from this early on last time (4weeks), so I’m worried that it hasn’t made an appearance this time.

Should you have the same symptoms each pregnancy, or is it possible to have different symptoms or even no symptoms in a healthy pregnancy?

Thank you in advance! X

Sadly no pregnancy is the same so it can be really hard to tell unfortunately. I’m sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage and fully understand that you will of course be worried and checking symptoms.

With my pregnancies some things were similar but it felt completely different too.

All I would say is I never had any strong pregnancy symptoms with my little girl. I had a bit of bloating and that was it. No sore boobs, no morning sickness, nothing. I found it so hard to believe I was pregnant but I had a very healthy baby girl.

So sorry for your loss. I had all the symptoms with my first pregnancy which sadly ended in a MMC. I am now 8 weeks and have just had a scan which confirmed all is going well so far. This time I have had no symptoms yet. I think each pregnancy is just different.

First time I was pregnant (didn't end well) I had properly sore boobs etc but next time around I had nothing and my boobs didn't even grow until milk came in after giving birth. Don't worry about symptoms/lack of them as long as you don't start bleeding heavily and in great pain. Good luck!

All mine were different, it’s not something to worry about.
