Hello. I just came off my patch free week on the 6th of this month, my husband & I decided to start trying for a baby so I never reapplied the patch.. that night, we had unprotected sex. Later, on the 12th, I began to have some symptoms such as: super light cramping, headaches & bloating. At first, I thought I was just ovulating but I took one every day for three or four days after that and none of them appeared to be negative or positive, somewhere in the middle?. On the 14th, I began to have sore nipples & started having on/off pains in my uterus, it didn’t hurt it was just different. I have never felt before, and wouldn’t describe it as menstrual cramps at all. I mostly felt it on my left side but a little bit on my right too.. the “pain” would come and go for about two days then it stopped all together.. on the 15th, I bled just enough to wipe & that was it, no more bleeding since. The blood wasn’t bright red & it wasn’t pink pink, it was like a pink red… & I’ve had this on/off heavy feeling in my uterus.
I took a 5 days sooner pregnancy test this morning (on the 17th) & it was negative.

so my question is: is it possible this could be pregnancy? That I ovulated THAT early in the month AND as soon as I came off birth control? Is that even possible? Thanks in advance!

Im also planning to come off the patch at the end of the month and start trying. My nurse said that you can become pregnant a week after being patch free as you are no longer protected but I have noo idea about ovulating early. Did you manage to do another test? Wishing you all the best! x

Did you mean you did ovulation tests? If so there is no somewhere in the middle, they are either the same colour or darker than the control line which is a positive, or lighter than the control line which is negative. After Coming off birth control it can take a while for your body to get back to a normal cycle.
