Csection scar reopening?

I'm almost 2 weeks pp and I've had a look at my scar and it doesn't look right. It stings a bit on where the chunky lip is and I think one of my stitches has reopened a little bit.

Does this look normal to you?

Call labour ward and ask for advice. You don't want to risk infection if wound has reopened slightly..
