Fetal pole

Had my scan today I am 5w5d going off my last period, they saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole yet, they didn't mention the fetal pole so I'm assuming it wasn't a concern for them? Just wondered if it would be seen at this point or not. Got another scan in 10 days where they said hopefully we will see baby and heartbeat

Hi. That's pretty normal at this stage. Things should be a lot clearer at your next scan.

I had a scan at what I thought was 7 weeks but it turned out to be 5w2. All they could see was a gestational sac and yolk sac. It’s too early for a heartbeat / fetal pole so try not to worry. I’m ten weeks now and have had another 2 scans since and baby is fine so far. X

Hey! Yes it's tomorrow. Hoping things are all ok.
Had two blood tests last week, numbers didn't double but they did have a 62% increase over 48 hours. Nervous but feeling positive 🤞🏼

I'll keep everything crossed for you.

Hey! Yes I'm good thank you. Been a long day only just sat down really.
My scan went great, seen baby and heartbeat and they seem really happy with the progression made in the last 10 days. Measuring 6.7mm which I think is ok for where I'm at. 6weeks it's meant to be 4mm and 7 weeks is meant to be 10mm. They think I'm a few days short of 7 weeks. Hoping things continue going well 🤞🏼🥹
