10 week scan, 2 sacks?

Hi all. I had an early pregnancy scan at 10 weeks, I'm now currently 12+1. I asked the woman doing the scan if there was just 1 baby and she said she could only see 1 but when I looked at the picture when I got home it looks like there are 2 sacks but only 1 baby? Has anyone seen this before? Is this just a normal singleton scan or could there be a second one in there hiding? I'm kind of hopeful there might be 😂

I think the dark area to the right is your bladder, or is there something else you're seeing that you think might be a sac?

Oh right! Maybe so. It's my first pregnancy so wasn't sure and it looks different to most scans I've seen haha!

Yeah she said she could only see one but said it's often hard to tell if there is more than one until 12 weeks x

By 10 weeks they would very likely see another baby, many people see them much earlier. Definitely your bladder you are seeing, a sonographer wouldn’t have missed something that size
